On December 27th, 2012, MBEC won the bidding of Contract Section No. 2 of Dongjiang Lichuan Bridge Project in Dongguan City.

The main engineering items of this contract section involve the main line of Lichuan Bridge, the main bridge and approach bridge of Dongguan Waterway, in which the main bridge of Dongguan Waterway is a three-span continuous single-pylon steel-concrete composite cable-stayed bridge with the main span which is 138m in length.
