On the morning of April 21, after 46 hours of continuous struggle, the construction of the "8" shaped North Anchorage Rear Core Filling Concrete of Yanji Yangtze River Bridge, constructed by MBEC was completed. About 15,000 cubic meters of concrete was poured at one time, creating a new record of continuous concrete pouring for the Yanji Yangtze River Bridge project.

The core filling construction of the north anchor was completed in 8 times pouring. This time was the 5^th with using C20 concrete in a single pour, equivalent to filling 6 standard swimming pools.

During the implementation process, the project department prepared sufficient sand and gravel materials by using the material transit depot. Using its own concrete mixing plant and renting a large mixing plant with the adjacent site, five production lines can operate simultaneously during the anchor core filling construction with a capacity of 380 cubic meters per hour, and invested in four construction teams, with more than 200 construction personnel working in shifts, to complete the pouring safely, quality and efficiently.

Yanji Yangtze River Bridge is the second river crossing connecting Ezhou and Huanggang, with the upper level being a highway and the lower level being a city expressway, which is of great significance in promoting the high-quality development of Wu-E Huang-Huang integration.
